At MD Luxe Store, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

If the issue is verified, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method or replace the item at no additional cost.

To report an issue, please contact us at Support@mdluxeapp.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage

Eligibility for Defective Item Refund

To be eligible for a refund due to a defect:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once approved, we will provide return instructions if needed.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Beauty and personal care items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is defective and approved, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Send a replacement, based on availability and your preference.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened

Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Processing (Defective Items Only)

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval

  • Bank processing times may vary
