Our Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our support email with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

As we operate as a dropshipping store with international suppliers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
